Chris Wynn, director of Mass Effect Andromeda, is leaving BioWare.
Wynn, who served as the Edmonton, Canada-based company’s senior development director on the aforementioned role-playing game, confirmed his departure on Twitter:
“Chris was a great member of the team. We want to thank him for his contributions and we wish him the best in his new adventures. Development of Mass Effect Andromeda continues to move full speed ahead at BioWare Montreal, Edmonton, and Austin.”

In addition to working on Mass Effect, Wynn helped with the Gears of War franchise as a producer with both Microsoft and Epic Games.
Mass Effect Andromeda is slated to launch next holiday season on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
