Niantic revokes legendary Pokemon from Trainer accounts after Articuno appearance
Pokemon Go developer Niantic has responded to the alleged appearance of legendary Pokemon in Trainers’ accounts, removing those Pokemon from players’ accounts.
“We recently noticed that a few Legendary Pokemon got into a few accounts when they shouldn’t have. To preserve the game’s integrity and as a measure of fairness, we have rectified the situation and revoked the legendary Pokemon from the Trainers’ accounts.”

Final Fantasy XV getting season pass
Final Fantasy XV is getting a season pass.
According to Gematsu, the Japanese version of the pass will feature the following DLC:
- Booster Pack DLC #1
- Episode Gladiolus DLC #2
- Holiday Pack DLC #3
- Episode Ignis DLC #4
- Episode Prompto DLC #5
- Expansion Pack DLC #6
Currently, the Japanese season pass costs ¥2700 (roughly $30).
In the US, the season pass comes bundled with the Digital Deluxe edition for $85. There’s also an offer for Final Fantasy XV pre-orderers to purchase a season pass upgrade.
Niantic explains removal of Pokmeon Go ‘3-Step’ tracking
In a post on the Pokemon Go Facebook page, Niantic outlined to players why it removed the 3-step tracking display from the game.
