Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia, a reworking of Fire Emblem Gaiden, is coming to 3DS on May 19.

A two-pack of amiibo based on the game’s main characters Alm and Celica will arrive on retail that same day.

A Fire Emblem game is coming to Nintendo Switch separate from Fire Emblem Echoes and Fire Emblem Warriors.

The game is due to launch in 2018.

Fire Emblem Warriors is coming to New Nintendo 3DS and the Nintendo Switch this fall.

Fire Emblem Heroes coming to Android next month


Fire Emblem is making its first smartphone appearance next month with Fire Emblem Heroes. It’s a tactical role-playing game where “fate has brought two warring kingdoms together in a bitter clash” that takes place on an 8×6 grid.

You’ll also level up familiar characters and fans will find the “battle intensity” they’ve come to expect from the series. According to footage, in-app purchases will be seen in the form of summoning orbs that call in additional heroes for help during battle. A purchase screen shows a 35-pack setting you back $20, and a three-pack clocking in at $1.99.

Pre-registration (alerting you when it’ll be released) starts today, with the game launching on Feb. 2 on Android and “soon” for iOS.
