E3 will open its doors to the public this year

For the first time, E3 ticket sales will be open to the public.

Starting Feb. 13, the Entertainment Software Association will open sales on 15,000 tickets to the general public on its website. The first 1,000 tickets will sell for $149 each, while the rest will go for $249. All tickets grant full access to the show floor for all three days.

According to the ESA, the show will still focus primarily on the gaming industry and business pass owners will receive benefits like a dedicated entrance and VIP Business Lounge.
